Sanciti AI

Privacy Policy

Effective and Last Updated: September 29, 2026

Summary: This Policy explains how Sanciti AI, LLC collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information, and how individuals may exercise applicable privacy rights. It includes disclosures for California and other U.S. state privacy laws and information for users outside the United States.

1. Scope and Who We Are

Sanciti AI, LLC (“Sanciti AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the website at www.sanciti.ai and related websites, demonstrations, forms, communications, and services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”). This Policy applies to personal information we process through the Services and through related business interactions, unless a different notice is provided at collection.

This Policy does not apply to customer data that we process solely on behalf of an enterprise customer under a contract. In that context, the enterprise customer generally determines the purposes and means of processing, and requests concerning that data should be directed to that customer. This Policy also does not govern third-party websites, applications, or services linked from the Services.

“Personal information” or “personal data” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked to an individual or household. It does not include information excluded from applicable law, such as deidentified or publicly available information where applicable.

3. How We Collect Information

  • Directly from you, including forms, account registration, requests for information, demonstrations, surveys, support, events, and communications.
  • Automatically from browsers, devices, cookies, pixels, SDKs, logs, and similar technologies.
  • From your organization, business partners, affiliates, service providers, analytics and advertising partners, publicly available sources, and authorized integrations.
  • From content you choose to submit to AI-enabled features.

4. How We Use Personal Information

  • Provide, operate, maintain, support, personalize, and improve the Services.
  • Create and administer accounts; authenticate users; process transactions; respond to inquiries and requests.
  • Provide demonstrations, customer support, service notices, and other requested communications.
  • Analyze usage, troubleshoot, conduct research, and develop new features and services.
  • Protect the security, integrity, availability, and lawful use of the Services; detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • Send marketing communications and measure campaigns, subject to applicable choices and consent requirements.
  • Comply with law, enforce agreements, establish or defend legal claims, and protect rights and safety.
  • Create aggregated or deidentified information and use it for lawful purposes; we will not attempt to reidentify data that applicable law requires us to maintain as deidentified.

5. AI-Enabled Services and Submitted Content

Some Services may use artificial intelligence or machine-learning capabilities. If you submit prompts, files, code, messages, or other content, we may process that content and associated metadata to provide the requested output, maintain security, prevent abuse, support the feature, and improve the Services as described at collection and in applicable agreements. Outputs may be inaccurate and should be independently reviewed before use.

Enterprise customer content is handled under the applicable customer agreement, data processing terms, product documentation, and configuration. We do not use customer content for a materially different purpose without required notice or consent. Do not submit content that you are not authorized to provide.

6. Cookies, Analytics, Advertising, and Privacy Signals

We and third parties may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies for strictly necessary functions, preferences, analytics, security, service improvement, and advertising. Some analytics or advertising activity may constitute “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain state privacy laws, even when no money is exchanged.

Where required, we provide a cookie or privacy choices mechanism to manage non-essential technologies. You may also adjust browser settings, but blocking cookies may affect functionality. Where legally required, we process recognized opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of sale or sharing for the browser or device sending the signal. A signal may not apply across devices or profiles unless you are logged in and the law requires us to associate it with your account.

7. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients for the purposes described in this Policy:

  • Service providers and contractors supporting hosting, cloud infrastructure, security, communications, analytics, customer relationship management, payment processing, professional services, and support.
  • Affiliates and business partners where appropriate to provide requested services or conduct business operations.
  • Advertising and analytics partners, subject to applicable consent and opt-out rights.
  • An acquiring entity, investor, lender, or adviser in connection with an actual or proposed financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets.
  • Government authorities, courts, regulators, law enforcement, and other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
  • Other recipients at your direction or with your consent.

We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own purposes except as described in this Policy, at collection, or with your direction or consent.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Services, maintaining business and transaction records, meeting contractual commitments, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, protecting security, and complying with legal obligations. Retention varies by the type and sensitivity of information, the context in which it was collected, operational needs, and legal requirements. We then delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of the information, subject to backup cycles and lawful exceptions.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. These may include access controls, authentication, encryption in transit or at rest where appropriate, logging, vendor oversight, and security monitoring. No system or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use strong credentials and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

10. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Confirm whether we process your personal information and access or obtain a copy of it.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Delete personal information, subject to lawful exceptions.
  • Receive certain personal information in a portable format.
  • Opt out of the sale of personal information, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, or certain profiling.
  • Limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
  • Appeal a denial of a privacy request where applicable.
  • Not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising privacy rights.

To exercise a request, email support@V2Soft.com or Legal@V2Soft.com with the subject “Privacy Request,” or write to the address in Section 18. Describe your request, the state or country in which you reside, and enough information to identify your interaction with us. Do not send government identification unless requested through a secure method.

We may verify a request by matching information you provide with information we maintain and may request additional information when reasonably necessary. An authorized agent may submit certain requests where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authority and direct verification with the consumer. If we deny a request, our response will explain the basis and any available appeal process. You may appeal by replying to the decision or emailing Legal@V2Soft.com with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line.

11. California Privacy Notice

This section supplements the remainder of this Policy for California residents and uses terms defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (“CCPA”). It applies only when Sanciti AI acts as a “business” subject to the CCPA and does not expand the law beyond its scope.

Categories, purposes, sources, and disclosures

The categories collected, sources, business or commercial purposes, and categories of recipients are described in Sections 2 through 7. Depending on our practices and use of advertising or analytics technologies, identifiers, internet or network activity, approximate geolocation, commercial or professional information, and related inferences may be disclosed in ways considered “selling” or “sharing” under the CCPA. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

California rights

Subject to exceptions and verification, California residents may request to know, access, correct, or delete personal information; receive information about categories of personal information collected, sold, shared, or disclosed; opt out of sale or sharing; limit certain uses and disclosures of sensitive personal information; and receive equal service and pricing when exercising CCPA rights.

How to opt out or limit

Use the “Your Privacy Choices,” “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information,” or similar control made available on the Website, or contact us using Section 10. We honor qualifying opt-out preference signals as described in Section 6. If we use sensitive personal information only for purposes permitted by the CCPA regulations, a separate right-to-limit mechanism may not be required. We do not offer financial incentives or price or service differences related to personal information unless separately disclosed in a notice of financial incentive.

Shine the Light

California Civil Code section 1798.83 may permit eligible California residents to request information regarding certain disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Contact us using Section 18.

12. Additional U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws may have rights described in Section 10, including rights relating to access, correction, deletion, portability, targeted advertising, sale, profiling, sensitive data, authorized agents, and appeals. These rights may differ by state and are subject to statutory exceptions. This section is intended to cover applicable requirements in states including Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Iowa, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia, as laws become applicable to Sanciti AI.

Where required, we obtain consent before processing sensitive personal data and conduct data protection assessments for processing that presents a heightened risk. Oregon residents may request a list of specific third parties to which we disclosed personal data where required by law. We recognize universal opt-out mechanisms where applicable.

13. Individuals Outside the United States

Sanciti AI is based in the United States. If you access the Services from another country, personal information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where we, our affiliates, or service providers operate. Where required, we use an appropriate transfer mechanism and apply safeguards required by applicable law.

If the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland data protection laws apply, our legal bases may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, and consent. You may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, portability, withdraw consent, and complain to a supervisory authority. Contact us to exercise these rights.

14. Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We also do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact Legal@V2Soft.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

15. Communications Preferences

You may opt out of promotional email by using the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting us. We may still send non-promotional communications about accounts, transactions, security, or requested services. If we offer text messaging, consent is not a condition of purchase, carrier rates may apply, and opt-out instructions will be provided with the program.

16. Third-Party Services and Integrations

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, not this Policy. Review those notices before providing information or authorizing an integration.

17. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our Services, practices, or legal obligations. We will post the revised Policy and update the “Last Updated” date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a material change takes effect.
