Varchasvi Shankar, President & CEO of V2Soft is a visionary with a passion to build and see V2Soft as one of the fastest growing technology companies in North America and Worldwide. As an entrepreneur, Varchasvi offers more than 25 years of leadership, business strategy, operations, sales, marketing and innovation into building and growing V2Soft.

His experience in building successful multi-national enterprises in technology innovation, lean operations and profound revenue gains has attracted talent at all levels and is fueling fast growth at V2Soft.

Varchasvi believes in solving real business problems using technology solutions and innovations. A hands-on customer-centric leader, he has proven success delivering global world-class technology solutions for Fortune 500 companies and government organizations that exceed expectations, generate measurable results and inspire customer loyalty.

Under Varchasvi’s leadership, V2Soft has achieved significant growth not only in revenue but also with respect to resources, office locations and, in turn, has won many accolades for him personally and for the company as well. Varchasvi operates from the V2Soft Global Headquarters in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, while managing centers in North America, Mexico, Italy, China, Germany and three centers in India.

Varchasvi has investment and ownership in multiple startup companies in the retail industry as well as building B2C platforms. Prior to starting V2Soft, he worked for Covansys (now CSC) for many years supporting the Chrysler account. He has won more than 30 awards during that time from Chrysler and Covansys.

Varchasvi is a strong supporter of non-profit and charity organizations such as: Pancreatic Cancer Foundation, Soup Kitchen of Pontiac, MI, Little Sisters of the Poor (India), Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, Wildlife Conservation Foundation, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Cancer Institutes, Flood Relief operations and building houses with AKKA, MCWT (Michigan Women in Technology) and others.

Varchasvi has a Master of Science Degree in Control Systems Engineering from West Virginia University/Institute of Technology, West Virginia, US, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Instrumentation Technology from Mysore University, India.
