Sumathy is an agile and assertive leader with over 17+ years of global experience with Client Relations and Operations. She plays a pivotal role in the company’s success in understanding the needs and fulfill the demand of customer, business and technology. She has excellent competency at crisis management, troubleshooting and problem solving.
As Vice President, Operations & Client Relations at V2Soft, Inc., her responsibilities include leading Global Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Customer Relations, Business Development and Operational Management.
She has been with V2Soft since 2002 and has contributed significantly to the growth of the organization filling different roles and assisting the CEO. Prior to that, her experience includes Business Development and Talent Acquisition in organizations including MAT Systems, Logica IT and PentaSoft.
Sumathy has a Master in Business Administration (Information Systems) from Madurai Kamaraj University and Bachelors in Commerce from University of Madras. She also has completed and acquired certifications from ICWA – Institute of Cost and Works Accounts of India, Cost and Management Accountancy, IBM AS400 Certification from Pentafour, SPHR and Dale Carnegie.
